ArcNC matches joint geometry, welding position and material configuration to presets in your WPS library, then applies your specifications and preferences.
Robot programs generated automatically
ArcNC calculates weld, sensing and transition motions for your configured cell, accounting for collisions, singularities, joint limits and cable management. Generated programs can run directly and remain editable.
Production and quality connected
Enterprise generates simulations for cell selection and cycle-time analysis, and links existing power-source and NDT data to your welds and WPS. The Autonomy Package adds cell sensing and adapts robot motions during welding.

Can I run a program directly on the robot?
Yes! ArcNC programs are collision free, and automatically uses different sensing methods to compensate for deviations between the virtual and physical world.
Which robot brands are compatible with ArcNC?
ArcNC supports most robots from Panasonic, ABB, Yaskawa, Fanuc, and KUKA. For particularly old robots (more than 15 years old), please contact info@arcnc.com to verify compatibility. Support for other robot brands may also be available upon request.
Is the ArcNC cloud software secure?
Yes. ArcNC runs on a cloud environment that follows controlled access, encrypted data handling and monitored system operations. The software is developed and maintained within an ISO 27001-certified information security framework, for more information visit the ArcNC Security and Compliance page.
