You’ll need a fully functional and measured-in welding robot cell (including external axes) with an up-to-date 3D CAD model. 
The torch should be equipped with a wire brake for accurate sensing, unless it supports active wire movement control (e.g., Fronius CMT, EWM React, Panasonic S-AWP). 
Additionally, provide a 3D .STEP file of the assembly to be welded and a .STEP or .stl file of all jigs and clamps—these can also be created using a professional 3D scanner if digital models are not available.
